MINUTE 1.0 GEN 2 (SILVER W/ ICE IRIDIUM)
In 1975, Oakley was founded by genius creator Jim Jannard. The company would start by selling motorcycle accessories - created from a rubber material that was created to provide a solution for when wet rubber would loose traction. Oakley would move into creating eyewear in 1984, with the first release of the 'Factory Pilot Eyeshades'.
At the turn of the millennium, Oakley would disrupt the eyewear industry by creating new lines of frames for its users. The "Jacket" style of frames were constructed from their signature "O-Matter", which is made up of a Nylon composite that makes them more durable & flexible that most other eyewear brands. The Jackets also feature Unobtanium ear & nose socks, with Oakley's XYZ Optics (that still rivals other eyewear brands to this day.
The minute is no different from other ‘Jackets’, and features an O-Matter frame that is the smallest out of all of its counterparts. The shaped lenses allow for a greater eye coverage & peripheral vision, even with the slightly smaller frame.
In good condition with minor fading to the front logo, and some minor delamination to the right lens (doesn't affect vision).
