MULTI-POCKET MESH JACKET

Whilst not typically being known for technical apparel, Giorgio Armani’s ‘Armani Jeans’ diffusion line has been seen to dabble in the field of technical sportswear. Around the same time as brands like Prada & Issey Miyake would create their sportswear lines, Armani seemingly didn’t want to miss out on the emerging market, leading to the production of pieces with unique function & material.

This particular jacket is made from 100% nylon - and features a multi-pocketed zip system on the front & back that is eerily similar to the infamous Final Home Survival Jacket. The pockets are lined with mesh for ventilation, and offers the user 8 different partitions to hold items. A drawcord system allows for a customised fit at the hem & hood, with button closures on the sleeves. Two full zips & the rear of the jacket allow for more ventilation - or a larger space for storage to replace a backpack.
